I participated in an event held by an organization supporting a particular country during the middle of a three-day holiday the other day.
After hearing reports on the real situation on the ground and how donations are being used, I was reminded of the weight and importance of "support."
The venue was filled with people engaged in support activities in various ways, and I was particularly impressed by how each of them operated with the stance of "doing what I can within my own capacity."
Especially those who have been providing support for a long time—they seemed to continue their efforts in a natural, relaxed manner without putting on airs or forcing themselves.
Reflecting on myself, there have been significant events early in the new year that have left my mind unsettled at times. But experiencing this, I came to realize that it's important to remain calm and composed, even when facing ups and downs.
I intend to learn from this approach and continue to build upon what I can do within my own capacity.
