Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions of use for the services provided by X-edutainment Inc. (the "Company").
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms set forth the conditions for use of the services provided by the Company (the "Service"). Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (Registration)
Registration is completed when an applicant applies for registration through the method designated by the Company and the Company approves it.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
- Acts of impersonating other users
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 4 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in cases of system maintenance/updates, or force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
Article 5 (Copyright)
Copyright of deliverables provided through the Service shall, in principle, transfer to the customer upon completion of acceptance. However, copyright of general-purpose libraries, frameworks, and design know-how used by the Company in its business shall be retained by the Company.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between users or between users and third parties in connection with the Service.
Article 7 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to users thereby.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
